University Services has partnered with the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine & Technology to bring the A-STEP curriculum to the Philadelphia area in 2009.

The Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program (A-STEP) has been developed by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine as a standard method of learning sleep technology. Completing the A-STEP program fulfills the educational requirements for the Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Certification Exam.

Students will begin with an online program and then meet at the University Services Sleep Diagnostic & Treatment Center in Voorhees, NJ to conduct the hands-on learning of the course materials.
